I’m very pleased with how prompt the service was.

Spectacular scenery, very comfortable "suite", fantastic service, good food. Some excursions were excellent, most just mediocre, not all guides were very knowledgeable. Big problem for us was that this, unbeknownst to us, was classified as a "classic" cruise on which there were no lectures or other opportunities to learn about what we were about to see. The library did not even have a book on Alaska (maybe it was out? which I doubt). It appeared that many people were there to be pampered.
