Built in 2021, Takuma Boutik Hotel has 7 rooms and 1 apartment, most opening onto private gardens with direct access to the property's 35 m saltwater pool. Despite its proximity to Playa Popy beach and the restaurants, bars, and boutiques of Las Terrenas, the property is designed to remain quiet and private. The hotel was purchased by its owner, Claude, together with family and close friends, after more than 15 years of travel and research led him to Las Terrenas, where he now oversees day-to-day operations and greets guests throughout their stay.

Room Specifications
All rooms include a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi provided via Starlink satellite internet, individual air conditioning, a ceiling fan, an in-room safe, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. Bathrooms are fully furnished, and most rooms open through a patio door onto a private garden or, in the case of the Suite Apartment, a balcony, each with direct or ground floor access to the pool. The property does not accept pets and does not admit guests under 16 years old.
