Camp David Ranch

Camp David Ranch opened in 1989 as a private clubhouse for a residential development before the surrounding community encouraged its transformation into a public restaurant. Set on a mountaintop overlooking the Cibao Valley, the city of Santiago, and the Central Mountain Range, the property has since grown into a boutique hotel alongside its original restaurant, which has operated for more than three decades. The hotel also supports the Ciudad Santa Maria Foundation, a community education initiative based in the Santiago region.

Room Specifications
All room categories are air-conditioned and equipped with a work desk, flat-screen TV with cable, free WiFi, an in-room safe, a telephone, a private balcony, and an executive refrigerator (minibar charges apply based on consumption). Bathrooms are private and fitted with hot water showers only, since none of the rooms include bathtubs or Jacuzzis, plus hairdryers, towels, and complimentary shampoo. Iron and ironing boards are available on request, and bottled water is provided daily. Two rooms are equipped with accessibility features for guests with disabilities, and the property maintains a smoke-free policy throughout.
