Dining aboard the Amatista is a gastronomic journey, with a menu that blends local flavors from the Amazon with international recipes for a rich culinary experience. Excursions are carried out using two auxiliary aluminum boats, both with a capacity of 14 passengers each, all equipped with low-emission engines and constant radio communication with the main vessel.
