Designed specifically for navigating the narrow fjords of Patagonia, this vessel accommodates up to 106 passengers across 53 staterooms distributed over five decks. Each cabin offers twin, double, or king-size beds and comes equipped with private bathroom facilities, plasma TV, ambient music, air conditioning, and a safety box. The Twin Exterior Cabins feature windows with views of the surrounding landscape and access to the internal corridor. Cabin 312 includes a bunkbed configuration for two guests. A limited number of single cabins are available on the Acropolis Deck upon request, with rates provided upon confirmation.

The MV Skorpios II offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere with two lounges and a spacious dining room where guests can enjoy Patagonian–international fusion cuisine. Meals are served at the table in a single sitting, with buffet service available for breakfast and the farewell dinner.
