Originally built as a commercial sand, grain, and wine barge, Athos was converted into a luxury hotel barge in 1982. Continuing her long association with wine, she now offers leisurely cruises along the Canal du Midi through the picturesque Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Known as one of the most traditional hotel barges on this route, Athos provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere for an unforgettable voyage.
Cabin Specifications
Athos accommodates guests in five bright staterooms, each with a modern en suite shower room. Cabins can be arranged with either twin or queen-size double beds, offering flexibility and comfort.
Features Onboard
The intimate saloon invites relaxation, whether enjoying a book on the sofa, sipping an aperitif, or gathering at the elegant dining table for gourmet meals. Air-conditioning ensures comfort throughout the barge. On deck, guests can unwind under the large adjustable canopy, relax in hardwood deckchairs, or enjoy a long alfresco lunch.
