Our country guide Guerlin and each of our local guides across the country were superlative. The instructions for obtaining visas were very clear and the pre-trip questions we asked were promptly answered. Our itinerary was well selected. The American dollar is much more acceptable to everyone in Cuba than the Cuban peso. It is unwise to change your money to pesos. Apparently, Americans are required to stay in a particular hotel when they are in Havana, Fortunately, outside of Havana one can stay in casitas or private farm based bed-and-breakfast lodgings with very delicious large dinners as well as the breakfasts.

Adventure life staff were great to work with. The actual trip was fabulous!

First of all we were told that we could tailor our trip to our interests which is fantastic. We needed several iterations to get our trip itinerary nailed down. Our contact at Adventure Life responded quickly and we settled on a trip in a matter of weeks.

Kassandra and Maria made the process idiot-proof and enjoyable. I'll book with Adventure Life for a third time based on these interactions alone!
