Board the MS Van Gogh in Martigues in the evening. Settle into your cabin and attend to the crew introduction over a welcome cocktail. The ship will start sailing towards Avignon.
Day 2: Avignon (city Of The Popes) - Viviers (the Vivarais)
Join a guided tour of Avignon and the Papal Palace. In the afternoon, join a tour of the Ardèche Gorges. Then return on board and cruise towards Viviers.
Spend the morning cruising to La Voulte. In the afternoon, set off on an excursion to the Vercors and enjoy a wine tasting of the famous Clairette de Die. Return on board at Tain l'Hermitage for your gala evening on board.
Day 4: Tain-l'hermitage | Vienne | Lyon | Disembark

Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
