Passengers are welcome to board your ship in Nantes at 6:00 p.m. After comfortably settling into your cabins, you will be introduced to the crew at a welcome cocktail. Tonight, enjoy the dinner followed by an evening entertainment.
Join the tour of Nantes and the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany. After your lunch on board, you will join the excursion to the seaside of town of Saint Nazaire. You'll begin the visit with the Escal'Atlantic, which ingeniously retraces the history of Norman and French ocean liners through a unique experience. Then, you'll continue on to the Saint-Nazaire shipyard, one of the largest and well-renowned in Europe. Enjoy a "Christmas Tales”-themed evening.
This morning will be spent cruising towards Ancenis, arriving early in the afternoon. Feel free to join the excursion to the Muscadet region. You will pass through several villages that are the testimony to the strong winegrowing identity in the region. Continue toward La Chapelle Heulin and stop at the Château Cassemichèr then we'll leave for Clisson, a charming medieval city with 15th-century vestiges and a slight Italian feel. Return to the boat to enjoy our festive Christmas Eve dinner on board. Midnight Mass will be celebrated in Ancenis.
As you enjoy your breakfast buffet this morning, the ship will begin to cruise toward Bouchemaine. Once you arrive, join the excursion to Angers. You will also visit La Doutre, a village-like neighborhood in the heart of the city. Return on board for dinner. Enjoy an evening of entertainment.
Join the full day excursion to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. You will leave by coach for the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau and continue on to Chinon where you will discover an ancient underground quarry that has been transformed into a wine cellar. As you stroll through the impressive tunnels, you'll learn about the secrets of the most renowned Chinon wines. You will finish up the tour with a wine tasting. After lunch, you'll visitthe Château of Chinon. Tonight is the gala dinner and evening.

The trip was terrific with great planning on your part. Most of the adventures were not mainstream and somewhat off the beaten path which made it especially enjoyable!! We felt taken care of and you all were readily available to respond to questions and issues.
