Álfheimar Hotel is a family owned and operated guesthouse in Borgarfjörður Eystri. Your hosts,  Arngrímur Viðar Ásgeirsson and wife Þórey Sigurðardóttir, are inviting and welcoming and eager to give you a glimpse into the country Icelandic lifestyle.

The hotel offers thirty very large, clean, and comfortable rooms, many of which offer breathtaking views to the fjord. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and many staff are available on site to point you in the right direction should you have any requests for great hiking opportunities or other adventures in the region.
