Siglo Hotel

Siglo Hotel belongs to Keahotels, an Icelandic hotel group that runs ten hotels across the country. The property sits on the marina in the heart of Siglufjörður, with the fjord in front of it and a mountain range rising behind the town. The interior has a classic, romantic design, and many rooms look out over the harbor, the fishing boats and the surrounding peaks. The Herring Era Museum, which covers the history of herring fishing and processing in Iceland, is a short walk from the hotel. Hiking trails with views of the fjord and mountains start nearby.

Rooms & Suites
Rooms have either one double bed or two single beds, and some can sleep up to three guests. Depending on the room, the view is of the fjord, the harbor or the mountains, and the hotel describes every room as having a window seat. All rooms come with free Wi-Fi, a telephone, a safe, a coffee and tea set, a writing desk and chair, a TV and a clothes rack. Each private bathroom has a walk-in shower, towels, bathrobes and slippers, and most rooms also have a hairdryer.
