Day 1: Valletta | Embark

Embarkation at Valletta’s scenic port begins at 14:00. Following the mandatory safety drill conducted by the Variety Cruises crew, enjoy a welcome cocktail and dinner on board. At approximately 21:00, set sail for Port Empedocle, marking the beginning of your Mediterranean voyage.

Day 2: Port Empedocle

Wake in Port Empedocle, a peaceful port on Sicily’s southern coast with a rich maritime past. Join the optional tour to Agrigento’s UNESCO-listed Valley of the Temples, where ancient Greek ruins tell stories of the past, then visit the striking white cliffs of the “Turkish Stairway.” Enjoy the afternoon at leisure before the popular Cocktail Demonstration, where the Bar Manager showcases two signature drinks and shares recipes to try at home. After dinner on board, depart around 22:00 for Trapani, sailing overnight across the Mediterranean.

Day 3: Trapani

At 7 am, your vessel gracefully docks at the idyllic coastal enclave of Trapani, steeped in centuries of maritime history. Its charming old town and lively harbor offer a glimpse into its rich seafaring legacy. Navigate the labyrinthine cobblestone streets, adorned with pastel-hued facades, and uncover hidden gems like quaint piazzas and ornate churches.

Alternatively, embark on your optional tour to the impeccably preserved medieval town of Erice. Day 4: Trapani | Palermo

The morning is free to spend at your own leisure in Trapani. Lunch on your own arrangements. At around 1:30 pm, your boat leaves Trapani for your next destination, the vibrant capital of Sicily, Palermo.

The afternoon is free to enjoy at your leisure before joining the Wine Tasting Experience, where you can enjoy a beautiful selection of Italian and Greek wines, preparing your palate for your 4-course served dinner on board. The boat will reach Palermo at around 8 pm, so you can continue your evening with an aperitivo at a trendy bar, sipping on a refreshing Aperol spritz or sampling local wines paired with a selection of savory snacks.

Day 5: Palermo

Palermo, a captivating tapestry of ancient legacies and modern vitality, beckons with its rich cultural heritage and vibrant energy. From Phoenician to Roman, Arab to Norman, the city's streets echo with centuries-old influences, weaving a dynamic urban mosaic. Wander through the historic center, where narrow alleys lead to Baroque wonders and majestic palaces, interspersed with lively markets and bustling piazzas.

Day 6: Lipari
