Day 1: Arrive in Venice

Upon your arrival at Venice airport, you will be greeted by the city's breathtaking beauty. Your journey begins with a private water taxi ride, taking you across the famous Grand Canal.  You will then check into your hotel, where you can settle into your room and indulge in a local dinner at one of Venice's esteemed restaurants.

Day 2: Venice

Take a private walking tour to the heart of the city, Piazza San Marco. This square is so breathtaking that Napoleon called it the “most elegant drawing room in Europe”. Admire the stunning Medieval golden mosaics and treasures of the Basilica on an insider's visit. Afterward, enjoy some free time to have lunch on your own before continuing with a fascinating private workshop on the art of mask making. Learn all the techniques and secrets of this ancient craft from an expert artisan, and unleash your creativity while making your own Venetian mask. To end your day in style, indulge in a traditional Venetian aperitivo at a local wine bar serving cicchetti, which are small snacks unique to Venice. It's the perfect way to relax and soak up the atmosphere of this magical city.

Day 3: Venice

Embark on a fascinating journey to Murano and discover the secrets of the island's ancient glassmaking traditions that date all the way back to the 13th century. Witness skilled artisans at work as they create exquisite glass objects during a private visit to an exclusive glassblowing factory. Afterward, indulge in a delightful wine-tasting experience on the idyllic island of Mazzorbo, where a local vineyard has thrived for centuries despite the challenges of the high tide, producing a unique wine with exceptional flavors. Take some time to explore the charming and colorful village of Burano during an independent lunch break, before returning to Venice for a relaxing afternoon at leisure.

Day 4: Florence

Today you'll step into the enchanting world of Florence after an exhilarating transfer on Italy's high-speed train. Upon arriving in Florence, check in to your hotel where you can take a breather before embarking on a private walking tour of the historic center. Feel the city's rich history come alive while exploring the charming Piazza della Repubblica and discovering the city's ancient Roman roots. Meander through the labyrinthine streets, past medieval fortified houses and towers, and emerge onto the magnificent Piazza della Signoria - the political hub of Florence since the Middle Ages. See the Duomo and the iconic Ponte Vecchio before ending your unforgettable journey with a cappuccino tasting at one of the best pastry shops in town.

Day 5: Florence

Immerse in the local culinary scene by exploring the bustling food stalls of a nearby market. Together with a knowledgeable Florentine chef, handpick the freshest ingredients for your very own private cooking class. Learn the secrets to making mouth-watering regional specialties with a focus on perfecting the art of pasta-making. After the class, sit down and indulge in your delicious creations for a satisfying lunch. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy leisurely, perhaps exploring the charming streets of this picturesque city.

Day 6: Florence | Tuscan Countryside

Embark on an exhilarating journey with an expert art historian guide and discover the treasures of the Accademia Gallery. This stunning gallery was designed specifically to showcase priceless works of art and its architecture is a testament to its importance. Among the exceptional creations, marvel at one of the most iconic masterpieces of the Renaissance – Michelangelo's David. This magnificent marble statue depicting the Biblical hero David has become a powerful symbol of the strength of the Florentine Republic.

After soaking in the beauty of Florence, indulge in one last leisurely lunch before being whisked away on a private transfer to the charming walled town of San Gimignano. This gem of a location is perched on a hilltop and boasts 14 medieval towers, which have earned it a place on the coveted World Heritage list. Take a guided tour of the enchanting town or choose to explore the lush vineyards on a leisurely bike ride, reveling in the picturesque surroundings.

The adventure continues as we journey through the stunning Tuscan countryside and check into your boutique hotel, where you can relax and unwind after a day of discovery.

Day 7: Siena

Step back in time and discover the hidden gems and traditions of a Sienese district, known as a Contrada. Immerse yourself in the magic of this place where the costumes are carefully maintained and the drums are conserved. Watch skilled seamstresses sew the beautiful silk flags, just as they did over a century ago. This is a unique opportunity to experience the slow-paced life that still characterizes Siena. You'll have the chance to meet and chat with friendly locals on a fascinating walking tour. Afterward, take some leisure time to explore Siena on your own, perhaps stopping for a delicious lunch at a local trattoria. In the evening, return to your hotel.

Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
