Day 1: Arrive in Tuscan Countryside

Arrive at Florence Airport and transfer to the hotel set in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Check in and settle into the relaxed rural setting surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to rest after the flight or explore nearby villages at an easy pace.

Day 2: Tuscan Countryside | Val d'Elsa Guided Hike

Begin the day with a guided hike through the rolling hills of Val d’Elsa. Follow scenic trails surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and forests while an expert guide shares insights about the region’s plants and wildlife. Enjoy a homemade lunch at a family-run farmhouse featuring fresh local ingredients. Spend the afternoon at leisure, relaxing at the hotel or exploring nearby villages.

Day 3: Porto Santo Stefano | Wine Tasting Lunch

Day 4: Maremma Regional Park

Spend the morning at leisure, enjoying the coastal views or relaxing at the hotel. In the afternoon, explore Maremma Regional Park on a guided horseback ride through scenic trails surrounded by Mediterranean forests and open fields. Experience the park’s natural beauty and observe native wildlife such as deer, wild boar, and birds of prey. End the day with a peaceful aperitif at sunset overlooking the sea.

Day 5: Monte Argentario | Pelagos Sanctuary

Day 6: Orbetello Lagoon

Day 8: Rome | Colosseum | Grand Domus of Ancient Rome

Start the day with a guided visit to the Colosseum, one of Rome’s most famous ancient sites. Learn about its past as a huge arena where gladiators once fought and crowds gathered for events. Then head to the nearby Domus of ancient Rome for a self-guided multimedia tour showing how noble Roman families lived, with digital displays and visuals. In the evening, ride through Rome’s streets in a vintage Ape car, passing landmarks and quiet squares while enjoying views of the city at sunset.

Day 9: Rome Cultural Food Tour | Train to Naples

After breakfast and check-out, join a guided food tour through Rome’s hidden neighborhoods. Visit local bakeries, markets, and family-run shops to experience authentic Roman cuisine while learning about the city’s culinary traditions and culture. After the tour, transfer to the train station and board the high-speed train to Naples. Upon arrival, continue by private transfer to the hotel in Sorrento, a scenic town overlooking the Bay of Naples.

Day 10: Traditional Lemon Farm | Hands-on Cooking Class

Begin the day with a visit to a traditional farm in the Sorrento countryside, surrounded by lemon groves and coastal views. Day 11: leranto Bay | Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area

Begin the day with a guided excursion to Ieranto Bay and the Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area, one of the most unspoiled natural sites along the Sorrento Coast. Follow a scenic trail from Nerano through olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation while learning about the area’s ecosystem. At the bay, observe the marine life and the protected Posidonia oceanica seagrass that thrives in these clear coastal waters. Return to Sorrento for an evening at leisure.

Day 12: Return Home
