Great lodges, staff were exceptional. Personal driver was helpful. Did not provide any water though as stated in my itinerary, but I had my own. I was not satisfied with my Mombasa experience though. Lodging was wonderful, but driver and guide were unreliable and unpleasant.

Extremely knowledgeable staff (Mary and Elma), very strong communications, awesome vacation packages being offered. We booked 3 vacations with them and they found extra perks and discounts! You have to give them the chance to book your next vacation!
