Mvuu Lodge

Situated along a tranquil lagoon just off a pristine stretch of the Shire River, Mvuu Lodge offers a stunning lodging option within Liwonde National Park. The main lounge area is set high above the water, in an area of captivating variety and beauty - from here guests can look through the telescope to make the most of wildlife moving along the river. Mvuu, meaning "hippo" in Tonga, epotimizes the large number of hippo pods floating in the area. 

Accommodation at Mvuu Lodge comprises of seven luxury tents and one romantic honeymoon suite. Each luxury tent is appointed with en-suite bathroom facilities and a private viewing deck over the water.
