Benguerra Island measures about 9 by 5 km (5.6 by 3.1 mi), has around 2,000 residents, and lies within the protected Bazaruto Marine National Park near Two Mile Reef. The resort's villas are set along the beachfront and positioned for ocean views, direct beach access, and privacy. Meals are served in a different setting each time, from the water's edge to the villa deck or a candlelit table on the beach. Menus are seasonal and built around Mozambican seafood, with fish, prawns, crab, and lobster bought from island fishermen and other ingredients sourced locally.

All villas are beachfront, air-conditioned, and have fans. Each has a private pool, a covered private deck, a beachside sala, and sun loungers. Standard in-villa amenities include Starlink Wi-Fi, a minibar, and tea and coffee-making facilities, and every villa has a dressing area. Bathrooms have an indoor shower, a double vanity, and an outdoor shower. Each villa comes with private butler service.
Amenities & Facilities
The resort has one restaurant, the Jellyfish Restaurant, which serves Mozambican seafood and contemporary dishes. There is also the Star Bar and a wine cellar that can be booked for private dinners. The spa offers treatments using traditional African oils and balms, given in an open-air treehouse or a pavilion. There is also a PADI 5-Star dive center and a boutique. The chef can adapt menus to dietary requirements. Peri Peri Beach Club is about 1 km (0.6 mi) along the beach and has a pool, a beach bar, and a raised treehouse deck, with Mozambican and Portuguese dishes and wood-fired pizza. Guests arrive by helicopter, which allows 20 kg (44 lb) of luggage per person, hand luggage included, packed in soft-sided bags. Wi-Fi runs on Starlink, and there is usually a mobile signal.
