Passengers are welcome to board the ship at 6:00 p.m. After comfortably settling into your cabins, you will be introduced to the crew at a welcome cocktail. Dinner tonight will be followed by a canal boat tour of the city.
Spend this morning cruising. Join an excursion to the Keukenhof Gardens. Each spring, more than 7 million bulbs bloom in the garden, with a total of 800 varieties of tulips. You will then return on board in Rotterdam. Tonight's your gala dinner and evening.
Begin the day with an early morning start towards Antwerp. Pass Dordrecht and enter the Hollands Diep — crossing through the Volkerak and Kreekak locks before arriving at the Dutch-Belgian border. After crossing the border, sail up the Scheldt River to the port of Antwerp, the second largest port in the world after Rotterdam. The ship rubs shoulders with some of the biggest sea-going vessels from all over the globe. Enjoy dinner on board and afterward, join an optional tour of Antwerp’s old city.
