The best time to visit Holland is in the spring, when the flowers are in full bloom, making Panache's 7-day cruise to the Netherlands the most delightful. The cheese farm, windmills, and houses at Zaanse Schans are a must-see when on a Dutch tour. You can visit the world-famous Keukenhof Garden in Haarlem, referred to as the "Garden of Europe" for its stunning floral displays. Ride a bicycle around the canals of Leiden, a city with a rich history and a beautiful tree-lined canal system. Appreciate the very best of the region while enjoying gourmet meals and fine wines, either alfresco or in the spacious dining area.

The trip might have been the absolute best of our lifetime (thus far). We particularly want to commend our guide Peter in the Guilin area-he was so incredibly attentive, energetic, enthusiastic-and absolutely dedicated to ensuring that our meals were 100% vegetarian.
