Ayman Abd-Alkareem, passionate about Jordan's historical and natural treasures, became a tour guide after studying History and Archaeology at Hashimite University. As one of the few adventure guides in Jordan, he introduced travelers to hiking and cycling, showcasing the country's stunning nature. In 2011, he founded his tourism business.

Matt Loveland, inspired by his travels, envisioned a tour company focused on authentic experiences and benefiting local communities. In 2008, he moved to Jordan, drawn to its rich history and culture.

Mark Khano, originally from Jerusalem, transitioned from traditional tourism to economics, aiming to contribute to community development. His love for the outdoors led him to explore Jordan's wilderness.

Experience Jordan Adventures was born in 2013 when Ayman, Matt, and Mark joined forces to create a tour company dedicated to showcasing Jordan's beauty while supporting economic development in rural areas, with ethical business practices.
