As a brand partnered with EAsia Travel, sustainability is at the core of how EAsia Active designs and operates journeys across Southeast Asia. In 2025, EAsia Active continued to strengthen its commitment to responsible tourism through a range of sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Some highlights include:

• Maintaining Travelife Certification in Vietnam and Thailand, with ongoing certification processes in Laos and Cambodia, ensuring internationally recognized sustainability standards across our operations.
• Continuing our 3-star ChildSafe Certification across all destinations, including mandatory staff and guide training, child protection protocols, and strict ethical communication guidelines.
• Supporting and partnering with 43 NGOs and social enterprises across Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam, helping create meaningful community engagement opportunities for travelers.
• Developing 52 new sustainable travel experiences focused on community-based tourism, cultural preservation, local economic participation, and low-impact travel.
• Expanding our “Refill Not Landfill” initiative, which has helped save more than 1.27 million single-use plastic bottles since 2018. In 2025 alone, over 724,000 bottles were avoided across our destinations.

Organizing and participating in community initiatives such as:

• Trash collection and blood donation campaigns in Cambodia
• Waste education and clean-up programs in Laos
• Tree planting and carbon-neutral tourism seminars in Thailand
• School renovation projects and World Cleanup Day activities in Vietnam

In addition, many experiences are designed to directly benefit local communities through local employment, homestays, cultural preservation, women-led initiatives, and environmentally conscious activities such as cycling, kayaking, trekking, and community-based tourism programs.
