From the first project in 1982 to raise funds for conservation efforts in Kenya’s Masai Mara, to more recently providing essential assistance to the people of Myanmar’s Irrawaddy Delta after the area was devastated by Cyclone Nargis – Akorn is committed to supporting social and environmental projects on a global scale.
With offices in over 25 countries, we are able to work in conjunction with local experts to actively sponsor proven grassroots projects that benefit local communities and habitats, as well as offer Akorn agents and their clients the opportunity to become involved in these efforts.
Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
