Community empowerment: This involves creating more employment and income generation opportunities through tourism for disadvantaged, underrepresented, and hard-to-reach communities.

Conservation: The foundation engages destination communities in efforts to protect and recover wildlife and ecosystems, while also striving to reduce human-wildlife conflict.

Additionally, the foundation also provides disaster relief across their destinations when needed.
