Casa El Paraiso

Casa El Paraíso is built from local, natural materials that blend into the surrounding landscape, and several of its rooms have an open, wall-less design that faces Samana Bay. The property sits on cliffs above the bay in Las Galeras, surrounded by tropical gardens where native flora and fauna, including birds and butterflies, grow wild and protected. Atlantic humpback whales pass through Samana Bay each year from January to April and can be seen from the property. The grounds are home to resident macaws, cats, and dogs, and the property is pet-friendly, welcoming guests to bring their own dogs. Hosts stay on or near the property throughout a guest's visit.

Room Specifications
Rooms are private, freestanding bungalows that do not share walls with neighboring units, and most have an open, wall-less front facing the bay for continuous airflow and views. One room (Room #6) is fully enclosed with air conditioning, while the remaining rooms are cooled with ceiling fans instead of air conditioning. Each room has an en-suite private bathroom with hot water and Casa El Paraíso branded shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, along with mosquito netting, blackout blinds or curtains, an in-room safe, extra pillows and blankets, and Wi-Fi provided via Starlink satellite internet. Guests also have access to a shared kitchen with basic cooking equipment and utensils.
