Haras Las Tordillas

Haras Las Tordillas is a horseback riding retreat built around Criollo horses, a breed indigenous to Uruguay known for its agility and even temper. Guided rides cross the rolling sierras and native flora of the Maldonado countryside. Accommodation is split across four categories, the Standard Cabin, Superior Cabin, Main House, and Recycled Stable, each with its own layout and character. A shared Club House offers sofas, a wood burning stove, a drink bar, and a kitchen, and guests have access to a swimming pool. Rooms are built without televisions, in keeping with the property's focus on time outdoors, riding, and conversation.

Rooms and Suites
None of the rooms at Haras Las Tordillas include televisions, in keeping with the property's design. Each accommodation opens onto a private terrace, deck, or outdoor living space, and most offer views of the sierras and the pool.

Hotel Amenities and Facilities
Haras Las Tordillas has a Club House for guest use, furnished with sofas, a wood burning stove, a drink bar, and a kitchen. The property has a swimming pool, used by guests during the midday rest period, and nature trails on the grounds where guests can see local flora and fauna. Breakfast and access to the Club House and pool are included with the Standard Cabin, Superior Cabin, and Main House; the Recycled Stable does not include breakfast or Club House and pool access.
