La Pedrera is one of Uruguay’s friendliest beach towns and a quintessential Uruguayan experience—a lovely beach town, a mix of elegant houses on the beach, and a great place to relax. In summer it sports some of the coolest places to eat; the village is small but with all you need. There are great views from above the rocky cliffs, overlooking the ocean, with two very long and beautiful beaches on either side of the cliffs. One has smaller waves and is suitable for children and the other is a surfers' paradise. During the high season La Pedrera can be quite busy, but off-season it is very "Tranquilo" - perfect for those who love serenity or are looking to disconnect from the world.
Providing a tranquil environment, the rooms and suites in Brisas de La Pedrera Hotel Boutique feature private bathrooms, seating areas, and sea views. All rooms offer tea and electric kettles. They do not have TVs or telephones. Room service is available and laundry services can be arranged upon request.

Rooms
Master Suite
The MASTER rooms are unique. Located in the corners of the upper floor, both command incredible panoramic views from their large wrap-around windows & terraces.
Baha Suites
From the top floor BAHIA SUITES command spectacular views of the bay and the sea to Cabo Polonio. Each has a private terrace.
The trip might have been the absolute best of our lifetime (thus far). We particularly want to commend our guide Peter in the Guilin area-he was so incredibly attentive, energetic, enthusiastic-and absolutely dedicated to ensuring that our meals were 100% vegetarian.
