Meet at Heritage Line’s lounge at Tuan Chau Marina for check-in and embarkation. Take a short speedboat transfer to the cruise ship and settle into your cabin. Enjoy lunch in the bright dining room as the ship sails through Lan Ha Bay toward Cat Ba Island. Spend some time on the terrace deck or your private balcony to take in the views of the bay.
In the afternoon, disembark near Cat Ba Island and cycle to Viet Hai Village. Learn about the local lifestyle in this small, self-sufficient community surrounded by mountains and accessible only by sea. After the visit, return to the ship and cruise to the overnight anchorage in Lan Ha Bay.
In the evening, join a Vietnamese tea tasting, book a spa treatment or sauna session, and enjoy dinner on board. You may also join an optional guided Singing Bowl Meditation or relax under the stars on the terrace deck or your balcony.
Day 2: Lan Ha Bay Mooring Point | Cat Ba Island | Lan Ha Bay Mooring
Begin your day with a Tai Chi session on the terrace deck, offering a rejuvenating experience under the morning sun. During breakfast time the ship sails toward the northern access port to enter Cat Ba Island and its national park. A short scenic bus ride takes you through the lush park and the starting point for a leisurely hiking outing to get to know this designated biosphere reserve better. The Park hosts about 1,500 plant species, 78 avian, 20 reptilian and 32 mammalian species including deer, macaques, and civets.
Returning to the ship for lunch and some enjoyable sailing time reaching eventually a secluded spot for the afternoon activities. The afternoon is “at your own pace” with options including relaxing on a natural beach, swimming in the bay, enjoying spa treatments, steam bath, or sauna back on board. Make the most of this unhurried afternoon, creating enduring memories in Lan Ha Bay.
As the sun sets, the ship sails to its overnight mooring spot. Savor a multi-course dinner and join again your guided “Singing Bowl Meditation” or retire to your suite to unwind on your private balcony.
Day 3: Lan Ha Bay Mooring | Tuan Chau | Disembark

Wake up early and join the Tai Chi session on the terrace deck to ease your mind and muscles with the first rays of the sun touching the water. Traditional Vietnamese coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries await in the dining room to start the day. It is time for Heritage Line Ylang to lift her anchors and cruise to a place called "Frog Lake." A secluded area is perfect for an energetic morning excursion. Go for a refreshing swim in the bay or explore this captivating marine landscape via kayak. The cliffs stretch vertically out of the water, and you feel a sense of freedom while paddling through this labyrinth of jade-green water, rocks, and vivid tree-topped islets.
Back on board, a hearty breakfast is served while cruising back to your off-shore embarkation spot, from where you transfer back to the welcome lounge at the pier by your speed boat. Savor the last moments of this unique journey while relaxing on comfy sun beds on the terrace deck.

Signature Suites
Room Size: 40 sqm/431 sqft (Twin & Double Bed) The spacious signature suites are designed to represent the bay’s winter season through artful dark wood panels encrusted with delicate brass prunus blossoms or elegant pique assiettes-mosaics of cherry blossoms in light pink and silver. The suites come with a private balcony and sofa-lounge area. Bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower and bathtub which filters water through lava stones.
Regency Suites
Room Size: 54 sqm/581 sqft (Double Bed) Located in a separated area on the upper deck. Their interior design takes up traditional Vietnamese elements with pleasant Indochinese touches with its delicate watercolour panels, carved wooden floral images and hand-picked decorations. The beds face the spacious balcony accessible through sliding glass doors. The rooms have a separate lounge and a luxurious marble bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi.
Premium Regency Suites
Room Size: 51 sqm/549 sqft (King-size Bed) Two Regency suites are the most premium accommodations on board and sit in a prime location at the bow of the ship. Both are also individually designed and include a separate bedroom and sofa lounge area which grants access to the front-facing private balcony with outdoor Jacuzzi. The elegant bathroom is outfitted with walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub with splendid views of the bay.
Initial deposit is 100% (full payment is required upon confirmation), and most travelers will call our office and pay the deposit with a credit card.
