Chikunto Safari Lodge

The Chikunto Nthawi House is a new two bedroom villa addition to Chikunto Safaris. It is a suited to families, couples, small groups, and photography enthusiasts. The villa sits on the grounds of Chikunto Safaris, which was built with the assistance of local villagers, with original construction workers retained and retrained as staff.

Rooms and Suites
Both bedrooms in the villa have their own private lounge and en suite bathroom. Shared internal living areas and external deck spaces connect the two bedrooms, along with a private pool overlooking the waterhole and a firepit. In-room features include deck furniture, a lounge, a dining area, a writing desk with a TV monitor, and coffee making facilities.

Hotel Amenities and Facilities
As part of Chikunto Safaris, the villa has access to the lodge's restaurant and bar, which offers vegetarian, vegan, and coeliac options alongside meat dishes prepared on site using locally sourced ingredients where possible. A separate chlorine free, heated salt water pool with a counter current system and a spa offering massages are available at the main lodge, along with a waterhole observation deck and lounging areas.
