Kavinga Safari Camp

Kavinga Safari Camp is a remote luxury safari camp on the edge of Mana Pools National Park, Zimbabwe, set on a cliff above the Rukomechi riverbed. With only eight tents and 16 guests maximum, it offers an intimate safari experience in a private concession with strong wildlife viewing at a nearby waterhole. The camp focuses on conservation, comfort, and close wildlife encounters.

Rooms & Suites
The camp features eight elevated safari tents with private verandahs and en-suite bathrooms. Each tent offers views of the riverbed or waterhole. Rooms use natural ventilation with fans and insect-proof gauze. Design is simple, private, and suited to the bush setting. Accessibility is limited due to remote terrain.

Facilities include an open-air lounge and dining area, cliffside swimming pool, firepit, and Wi-Fi in public areas. Two photographic hides offer close wildlife viewing at eye level, including elephants and predators. The camp is designed for comfort while staying close to nature.
