This full day tour allows you to discover two unique attractions in Patagonia. You will explore Rio La Leona, one of the most scenic rivers in the Patagonian steppe, as well as Los Hornos Mount, one of the oldest formations in the world! Take in the contrasting sights of the ocher steppe with the turquoise glacial waters as you paddle and hike through this wild landscape. Witness the beginnings of Patagonian geography as you pass by petrified trees and bones of Los Hornos Mount. This is a day trip that will give you truly unique experiences to add to your Patagonia travels.
Travelers will be picked up at their hotel around 7:30 AM and dropped off around 4:30 PM. Transfers from/to the El Calafate airport can also be arranged. A snack and a box lunch will be included during the excursion.

Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
