Day 1: Tigre Delta

Just north of Buenos Aires, the 9-square-mile island city of Tigre is a region travelers should not miss to get out of the city center and explore the countryside. Your guide points out historical buildings and sites of interest along the way. Visit the famous fruit market in which rustic weavings, cane and willow furniture, sweets, exotic flowers, and, of course, numerous varieties of native fruit tempt you. A guided ferry tour of the beautiful delta ends this excursion. Sail along the delta, passing some uncountable channels and forest-covered islands, yacht clubs, and weekend houses in the Paraná River delta. You will be taken back to your hotel when the tour ends.

This tour is approximately 5 hours and is subject to weather & water conditions.
