This half-day excursion is designed for thrill-seekers, adventurers, and anyone looking for an exciting way to explore a different side of Salta. The Salta canopy zipline adventure starts with a short hike to the top of the hill where the first platform is located. From here with the magnificent view of the Juramento Canyon ahead, start your journey platform by platform suspended over the canyon. After this outdoor adventure, spend the afternoon relaxing back at your hotel.

Day 1: Salta Canopy Zipline Tour

Located at the heart of the Juramento River gorge known as Peñas Blancas, this adventure is sure to get your adrenaline going. Start with a short hike up to the hilltop where the first platform is located, facing a spectacular view of the Juramento Canyon. From here your adventure begins as you soar from platform to platform “flying” over the Juramento Canyon. Each platform provides an ideal opportunity to rest, bird watching, or just take in the majestic views of the Canyon. Return to your hotel this afternoon.

Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Jane was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive and knowledgeable. She took time to understand what my priorities were, and to answer all my queries and make adjustments to create a bespoke tour for me. We worked together to plan out a trip which I am so excited about! I usually travel independently and make my all own travel arrangements but I am so happy with the travel plans I have made with Jane for my South America trip, as this time I will be travelling solo and I have never travelled in the region before. 5 stars and much gratitude!
