Two-thirds of St. John Island has been dedicated as a national park and is the most virgin of the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is blessed with many beautiful beaches and bays, fine anchorages and verdant hills. Enjoy the day with a snorkeling trip to Trunk Bay with its underwater guided trail, or join a kayaking land adventure. Ask your Club Director for a guided hike to Caneel Bay stopping at beautiful Honeymoon Beach for a quiet swim. Day 3: Saba, Netherlands Antilles | Gustavia, St. Barths, F.W.I.
This Caribbean paradise is a special municipality of the Netherlands. Because of this, Saba is actually the location of the highest point of elevation of the Netherlands, even though it is a few thousand miles away from its European homeland! With an estimated local population of just over 2,000 people, Saba is now primarily supported by tourism, and is known for its concentration on “eco-tourism”. This includes diving, hiking, and climbing its mountainous terrain. The island is so small that there is only one main road, and its airport is well-known for having one of the shortest commercial runways in the world. The island’s intimate size, picturesque red rooftops, and lush vegetation make it a perfect port to call on during your Caribbean yachting vacation.
Perhaps the most treasured destination in the Caribbean, this small island belonging to the French West Indies has so much to offer to guests. Incredible shopping only steps away from the pier, sparkling beaches, resorts, and restaurants, and activities both day and night. Join an optional excursion to discover the island from sea or land. Ask one of the officers to take you on a hike or bike ride around the island. Or simply relax and watch all of the yachts arriving and departing just off shore.
Day 5: Spanish Town, Virgin Gorda, B. V. I.| Norman Island, B. V. I.
Nearly every publication written about Virgin Gorda lists “The Baths” as a must see! SeaDream generally arrives early and anchors off Spanish Town to give guests an early start to view the Baths before all of the tourists arrive from the neighboring Islands. You may also consider excellent SCUBA diving options or an opportunity to swim with dolphins. After a short technical stop to dispatch land adventures and clearance with the officials, navigate up the scenic coast and arrive at North Sound to anchor just off the Bitter End Yacht Club. Here take the opportunity to join water sports, land adventures, or hiking options with the officers to the Bitter End! Depending on the voyage, you may also visit Prickly Pear Island for another signature Champagne and Caviar Splash option with an incredible setting. Meanwhile, Norman Island is located at the southern tip of the British Virgin Islands. It could very well be the very same island reputed to be the inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson's pirate novel Treasure Island. It is said that the island was named after a pirate who purchased it at some point during the early 18th century. A large harbor is known as "The Bight" offers one of the most protected anchorages in the area. Guests enjoy some great hiking opportunities as well as snorkeling and scuba diving. Another attractive option may be to check out the Willie T that is generally anchored in the harbor or simply have a beverage at the Pirates Bight Bar.
Long Bay’s signature image is one of long stretches of white sand, alluring turquoise waters, and gorgeous shorelines. Enjoy the best of these scenic spots with water experiences like kayaking, snorkeling, diving, and even sailing. With such breathtaking views of its unspoiled nature, be surprised at how long you can manage to lounge under the sun and simply stare at the gorgeous landscape right in front of you.
Despite being a small island, Great Harbor has quite the personality. Aside from overly delicious bars and restaurants you can spot on a short walk, be greeted by aromatic smells of multiple bakeries around the island. For aquatic getaways, make sure to go on a diving or snorkeling exploration in the stunning sun-kissed waters of Great Harbor.

The trip was terrific with great planning on your part. Most of the adventures were not mainstream and somewhat off the beaten path which made it especially enjoyable!! We felt taken care of and you all were readily available to respond to questions and issues. I would highly recommend your company and friends have already expressed interest based on our pictures and excitement.

The response from Adventure Life to my first inquiry was prompt and promising. I worked with Jamie Broeckel, Trip Planner, via text, email, and phone calls- always extremely responsive and thorough with information and explaining the process to arrange a private tour for me to Malaysia Borneo. Within about week, the booking was complete and I made decisions because of Jamie's great customer service , friendly manner, and overall competence on behalf of the company's travel expertise. Now I have an itinerary, additional Trip Planner Assistants, several links for vital information for traveling to Maylasia, etc. Still many details for Sept. trip, but now the heavy lifting is done and I can enjoy the rest of the anticipation and research!! Thanks Jamie- you are amazing!!!!

The trip was not only memorable for the amount of animals we saw but also for the people and accommodations at the two camps where we stayed. Our first guide, BK, was a wealth of information about the animals, landscape and down to the plants and what they were used for. Everyday out was a learning experience with him. All the people at the camps were gracious and the food was excellent.
Our second camp in the Okavanga was just as good as the first as far as the staff, accommodations, food and animals. After our experience at the first camp we amazed that the high quality remained the same. Our guide, G, made sure we were able to enjoy every experience including a rush through the bush to witness a cheetah and an ensuing hunt that he heard over his radio.
In both camps there were enough guides out that if they saw something the other guides were informed which helped in seeing as much as possible. It was also nice that the concessions were large enough that we did not have vehicles following each other throughout the day.
Normally there is always something in a trip of this length that we think could be improved upon but this is the rare case where we cannot think of anything. From the time we left the States to when we returned it was one of the most hassle free vacations we took.
Perhaps emphasizing the use of the laundry facilities at the camps would be useful because of the luggage restrictions would be the only thing I can think of as an improvement to future clients.
