Fall in love with the crystal waters and islands of the Caribbean on this 8-day Caribbean cruise. Begin in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and taste the island flavors of Christiansted, Marigot, Gustavia, and more. Disembark daily to explore colorful markets and meet the locals, or simply stay near the ship for excellent snorkeling and swimming possibilities.
Involves minimal physical effort and is typically associated with leisurely activities. Activities are low-intensity or last less than a few hours each day.
Arrive in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and transfer to the SeaDream II. Settle in to your cabin and attend a welcome dinner as the ship sets sail.
Day 2: Christiansted
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Christiansted is a charming port located on the largest Island of the U.S Virgin Islands. The former capital of the Danish West Indies, Christiansted has preserved its 18th-century Danish-style buildings which were constructed by African slaves. Stone buildings in pastel colors with bright red tile roofs line the cobblestone sidewalks, adding a touch of 18th-century European style. There are many African influences in Christiansted's design as well, making it one of the few "African-Danish" towns in the world.
Day 3: Marigot
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Marigot is the main town and capital on the French side of Saint Martin. The city of Marigot is perhaps the most French in spirit of all the cities in the Caribbean. Colonial houses stand beside smart cafés and bistros, pastry shops and luxury boutiques, and in many ways it looks just like any of the French market towns you might expect to find in Europe. The entire city is only four streets wide, so it is very easy to get around. Marigot was made capital during the reign of King Louis XVI, who built Fort St. Louis on a hill near Marigot Bay. Today, it is the most important building in the city.
Day 4: Sandy Ground, Anguilla / Gustavia
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
This British Overseas Territory is becoming more popular due to the incredible resort options as well as its world recognized beaches and incredible golf courses. Tee off on the golf course, swim with dolphins, or join the captain or club director for a bike ride.
Day 5: Gustavia
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
This small island belonging to the French West Indies has so much to offer. Incredible beaches, resorts, restaurants, and activities are available on this island gem. Ask one of the officers to take you on a hike or bike ride around the island.
Day 6: Basseterre / Reggae Beach
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Basseterre is one of the oldest towns in the Eastern Caribbean, and has one of the most tragic histories of any Caribbean capital. It was destroyed many times during the colonial wars, and has survived fires, earthquakes, floods, riots, and hurricanes. Despite all of this, a number of well-restored buildings exist in downtown Basseterre. Some highlights may include Independence Square, the railway, and Brimstone Fortress.
In the evening, sail for Reggae Beach for an evening beach party and bonfire. Located on the southern tip of the island near Turtle Beach, it is very close to the neighboring island of Nevis.
Day 7: Coconut Grove, Nevis
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Spend the day on Coconut Island and snorkel, hike, or bike to your heart's content.
Day 8: Marigot
1 Breakfast
Arrive back in Marigot and transfer to the airport for your continued journeys home.

The response from Adventure Life to my first inquiry was prompt and promising. I worked with Jamie Broeckel, Trip Planner, via text, email, and phone calls- always extremely responsive and thorough with information and explaining the process to arrange a private tour for me to Malaysia Borneo. Within about week, the booking was complete and I made decisions because of Jamie's great customer service , friendly manner, and overall competence on behalf of the company's travel expertise. Now I have an itinerary, additional Trip Planner Assistants, several links for vital information for traveling to Maylasia, etc. Still many details for Sept. trip, but now the heavy lifting is done and I can enjoy the rest of the anticipation and research!! Thanks Jamie- you are amazing!!!!

The trip was not only memorable for the amount of animals we saw but also for the people and accommodations at the two camps where we stayed. Our first guide, BK, was a wealth of information about the animals, landscape and down to the plants and what they were used for. Everyday out was a learning experience with him. All the people at the camps were gracious and the food was excellent.
Our second camp in the Okavanga was just as good as the first as far as the staff, accommodations, food and animals. After our experience at the first camp we amazed that the high quality remained the same. Our guide, G, made sure we were able to enjoy every experience including a rush through the bush to witness a cheetah and an ensuing hunt that he heard over his radio.
In both camps there were enough guides out that if they saw something the other guides were informed which helped in seeing as much as possible. It was also nice that the concessions were large enough that we did not have vehicles following each other throughout the day.
Normally there is always something in a trip of this length that we think could be improved upon but this is the rare case where we cannot think of anything. From the time we left the States to when we returned it was one of the most hassle free vacations we took.
Perhaps emphasizing the use of the laundry facilities at the camps would be useful because of the luggage restrictions would be the only thing I can think of as an improvement to future clients.
