Grenada is a small Caribbean country made of a constellation of small islands and a much larger island where the country's capital, St George’s sits. A Caribbean cruise on a small ship or sailboat is considered the best way to explore the turquoise waters, expansive beaches, rich marine life, and dense culture of the Caribbean. On a small sailboat or small luxury ship with only 24-60 passengers aboard, you can access small coves, reefs, and ports that are impossible to access on a large cruise ship carrying hundreds of passengers. Get to know the picturesque beaches with beautiful white sand and the Caribbean Sea while enjoying one of Grenada's highlights, the underwater sculptures. Or visit one of Grenada's many beaches like Grand Anse Beach, Sandy Island, or Morne Rouge. Contact our travel experts to start planning your Grenada trip today!
Between late November and December is the best time to visit Grenada. The temperature is warm with averages around 75-80 (24-27 Celsius) and there aren't too many crowds as the high season is just commencing. At the end of November you may experience a few rainy days; but they're infrequent and don't last long. Lodging and flight prices will also be less expensive during these months.
Between January and April is the most popular time to visit Grenada. The temperature is hot with averages in the mid 80's (around 29 Celsius). Everything on the island will be in full swing but this is the high season so hotels and activities will be at their most expensive. Additionally, there will be crowds throughout the popular destinations on the islands.
Between May and mid-November crowds go down and some hotels will be closed as the country begins preparing for hurricane season which lasts from July until September. That being said, some hotels in Grenada are still open with extremely reduced rates: but if you choose to travel during this time you should expect a lot of rain along with fauna in its prime. If you travel, especially during these months, it's highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance for any emergencies.

The info on the website was laid out very well. I did some comparisons with other tours and found Adventure Life met a lot of what I wanted in an Antarctica trip at the cheapest price. Requested a quote on Claudia contacted me right away. She answered a lot of questions the I had via email even though she offered to discuss via phone call. I’m more of an email person so appreciated how she accommodated that and answered all my questions. And when I was ready to book, she quickly got the ball rolling with getting our spots reserved on the trip my friend and I wanted. Thanks again, Claudia!

(1) great information on the website and throughout all the "materials." (2) Jane Packer is great: knowledgeable, responsive, takes a personal interest and tone, seems to care about the customer as a person not a sale.

For our first trip to Costa Rica, Adventure Life designed a tour that meets the interests, ecological and adventure, of our party; but also takes into account our physical limitations sine we are all septuagenarian. We are looking forward to the trip.
