Day 1: Lisbon

Check into your 3-star hotel in Lisbon at the end of the day. The evening is free to do as you please.

Day 2: Lisbon

  • 1 Lunch
In the morning, join a guided tour of Lisbon, and a panoramic tour of Lisbon by coach in the afternoon. The evening is free to do as you please.

Day 3: Lisbon | Coimbra | Embark

  • 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Leave by coach for Coimbra, once the medieval capital of Portugal and the site of the country’s largest university, where you board your ship. After comfortably settling into your cabins, enjoy a welcome cocktail with the crew before dinner. In the evening, set out on an excursion to see Porto by night.

Day 4: Porto | Regua

Excursions proposed:

CLASSIC: discover Porto, one of the oldest cities in Europe, whose historic center is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

DISCOVERY: touring Porto via tram and visiting the tram museum.

Dinner is followed by an evening of entertainment by the crew.

Day 5: Regua | Pinhao | Vega De Terron

Join an excursion for both packages to Vila Real, where aristocrats built grand palaces during the 16th and 17th centuries. Spanish-themed dinner and evening on board.

Day 6: Barca D'alva | Senhora Da Ribeira

Excursions proposed:

CLASSIC: excursion to Salamanca, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 7: Senhora Da Ribeira | Ferradosa | Folgosa | Leverinho
