Involves minimal physical effort and is typically associated with leisurely activities. Activities are low-intensity or last less than a few hours each day.
Passengers will board the ship at 6:00 pm. After setting into your cabins, you will be introduced to the crew with a welcome cocktail. Be ready for the cruise towards Koblenz tonight.
A romantic cruise will be set as you pass through the Rhine River all the way to Koblenz located at the junction of the Rhine and the Moselle. Tonight is your gala evening and dinner.
Set off for a discovery tour of Koblenz. Afterwards, you will cruise towards Rüdesheim. Upon arrival, join the excursion to the Museum of Mechanical Musical Instruments. Spend the evening in a riverside restaurant in town.
Cruise towards Mannheim. Join the excursion in Heidelberg. Return on board after your tour. Tonight's our New Year's Eve dinner and evening. MS Gérard Schmitter will depart for Strasbourg during the night.

Beyond expectations! Then again we weren't sure what to expect. Lovely stay at the lodge, met other like-minded travelers (many had their trips planned by Adventure Life) and the owner was a gracious hostess. It felt like you were one happy family, visiting with a favorite aunt.
