5 Breakfasts, 5 Lunches, 5 Dinners
Each day seeks out a different objective, from couloirs to longer traverses, from complex terrain past hanging glaciers and seracs, each day is one of a kind with amazing views and descents. The plan is to ski north of Maniitsoq, into Eternity Fiord and beyond Kangaamiut Village.
Visit the village of Kangaaumiut towards the end of the trip, catching a glimpse of what life is like for the Greenlanders. Village life revolves around fishing, and the captain, Taatsi, knows everyone in the Village. You are surrounded by the local kids, as they regale you with fishing tales of West Greenland.
You encounter humpback whales feeding in the fiords, paralleling the path as they follow krill in the waterways. A vast array of birdlife can be found in the Mantisoq area. Cruising past bird cliffs, you can see thousands of birds soaring in the air, nesting in the cliff walls, and feasting in the Arctic Sun.
Go for a paddle in the arctic sunset, alongside glacier walls and underneath bird cliffs. Marvel at the “One Tree” in the Fiords of West Greenland, which was planted in the 1930’s and is considered the most famous tree in Greenland!
Fish from the Terschelling and, with so many fish in the fiords, you can provide dinner for the whole group!

Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
