Ngare Sero Mountain Lodge is a historic safari lodge in Arusha set within a 50-acre forest reserve on the slopes of Mount Meru. Located about 30 minutes from Kilimanjaro International Airport and Arusha town, it serves as a practical base for Northern Tanzania safari tours and Kilimanjaro or Mount Meru trips. The restored colonial farmhouse, private lake, and gardens create a quiet nature setting with personal service and guided activities.
Rooms and Suites
Accommodation includes Garden Rooms, Main House Suites, the Kilimanjaro Summit Suite, and private cottages. Rooms feature comfortable beds, private bathrooms, seating areas, workspaces, and verandas or terraces. Selected cottages include kitchens and living areas for families. Most rooms use natural ventilation instead of air conditioning. ADA-accessible features are limited and available on request.
