I travel to North Uganda this time with my family to visit the remote Karamojong tribes in the Northeastern region of the country. This cultural encounter felt like stepping back in time, as interacting with the locals who largely cling to their pastoralist heritage felt like stepping into another world. After a week in this area, we traveled west to Murchison Falls National Park for a safari. WOW! Who knew the wildlife was so plentiful in this small and seldom visited safari park!
