Involves minimal physical effort and is typically associated with leisurely activities. Activities are low-intensity or last less than a few hours each day.
After breakfast, meet your guide at your hotel and begin the ride to Hoi An’s colorful central market. Here, you will have the opportunity to interact with local stallholders and learn more about the ingredients typically used in Central Vietnam cuisine, some of which you will be using for your cooking class later. After the market cycle on to Tra Que Vegetable Village. Take a short stroll around the vegetable gardens and learn more about farming life in Hoi An. Next, meet your chef and work with him, learning traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. You will be cooking many local delicacies such as tam huu, Hoi An spring rolls, and Banh xeo, a Vietnamese pancake. When the cooking class is finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Initial deposit is 30% ($400 minimum), and most travelers will call our office and pay the deposit with a credit card.
Final payment is due 70 days (10 weeks) prior to departure by bank transfer, check, or credit card. Final payment by credit card may be subject to surcharge and a maximum charge of $20,000
Beyond expectations! Then again we weren't sure what to expect. Lovely stay at the lodge, met other like-minded travelers (many had their trips planned by Adventure Life) and the owner was a gracious hostess. It felt like you were one happy family, visiting with a favorite aunt.
