Meet our guide at your hotel and transfer to the pier to enjoy a boat cruise along the river, which is a branch of the Mekong. You will head towards Ben Tre and your first stop will be to take a short walk through various local workplaces where you will be able to picture how local people work. Stop at a traditional brickwork factory to see how to make bricks by hand. Continue your boat trip to My Long village, walk to the hamlet to see rice paper making, and enjoy some rice cake. Follow the Cai Son canal, winding through a coconut jungle, visit a coconut workshop, and have a look at the stages of coconut processing from removing the husk to prizing off the peel by hand. Next, go on a small waterway and stop at a bee garden, enjoy some fruits, and honey tea and listen to local music as well. Visit a candy mill and enjoy some sweets. Continued with a short walk to visit a farmer's house where they make sleeping mats. Then, you will bike on rural tracks or drive in a rickshaw through coconut groves, and vegetable patches (cucumber, bitter melon, etc.). Keep going by rowboat on a shady palm tree canal and stop for lunch at the Green Garden riverside restaurant. When the tour finishes, head back to the pier by motorboat. Meet your driver and return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
