(Most folks will have spent the previous night at Denali Cabins or similar outside-the-park accommodations.) From this private airfield, enjoy a scenic flight into Kantishna, at the far end of the 93-mile park road. From the Kantishna airfield, you will travel a couple miles to Camp Denali, established along a ridge above Moose Creek, and with fantastic views of Denali itself. Settlein, and get oriented to the way this "adult summer camp" works. Enjoy a fabulous dinner and enjoy sunset from the big, wide windows of the lodge.
Join naturalist guides to remote valleys and tundra-covered ridges where you can take the time to observe the tundra and wildlife of the region. Hike a nearby summit ridgeline, or try to spot ground-nesting birds and flowers in a valley. Each day visits a different region of the park, offering varied scenery and experiences each day you are here. Necessary physical requirements are an ability to walk uneven ground and a hearty spirit of adventure for walking rain or shine!

Flight times are highly dependent on weather, so most folks will build in another night at Denali Cabins or similar outside-the-park accommodations tonight. (Let us help with all these pre- and post-visit logistics.)
Kate was great to work with in the planning stage. She was prompt, helpful, and efficient. Our tour guide, Edwin, was knowledgeable and passionate. We were very happy to have traveled with Adventure Life, it made the trip easy and a true pleasure. We could concentrate on enjoying the experience rather than the details of travel.
