Brisa Oceano Resort has been run by Triyar Companies since the 1950s. A California company that owns and operates many businesses in the United States and abroad. Triyar's company also owns and operates the construction business and design. We also build and operate shopping malls, office buildings, homes and hotels. Some are Starwood brand hotels, others are boutique hotels. Triyar saw an opportunity in Placencia, Belize, to expand and share with tourists through the development of quality resorts. Brisa Oceano is located in the heart of Placencia Village, within walking distance of shopping and grocery stores. Water sports equipment such as local transportation, golf carts, bicycle rental, snorkeling and kayaking are available. The resort can arrange attractions such as SCUBA diving and fishing. There are various tours from the visit to the ancient Maya. Sites, cave tubes, zip linings, etc.
