Xunantunich & Belize Zoo
This family-friendly tour involves a van ride into the mountains and a hand-cranked ferry crossing of the Mopan River to reach the Xunantunich ruins. Following the archaeological tour and lunch, guests visit the Belize Zoo, a sanctuary where indigenous species like large cats, primates, and reptiles are kept in natural, cage-free enclosures that mimic their wild habitats.
Cave Tubing and Zip Line
Located at the Jaguar Paw Nature Reserve, this adventure begins with a guided rainforest hike followed by a gentle float through an underground cave system to view ancient stalactite formations. The journey continues with an "Aerial Trek" across eight platforms, where guests zip 80 feet above the jungle floor for a bird's-eye view of the tropical flora and wildlife.

FISHING ADVENTURES
Reef Fishing
Target snapper, yellowtail, grouper, and barracuda aboard handcrafted 26-foot Belizean boats equipped with onboard restrooms. These trips are suitable for all skill levels, with experienced guides providing all necessary rigs and gear. While catch-and-release is encouraged, guests have the option to keep their catch to be professionally prepared by the resort’s culinary team.
Full Day Fishing & Beach Picnic
This immersive full-day experience combines sport fishing with a traditional island lunch. After a morning on the water, guides prepare the fresh catch over an open fire on a secluded beach, served with classic local trimmings. Following lunch, guests can choose to continue fishing or enjoy a refreshing snorkel stop at the reef.
Flats Fishing (Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit, Snook)
Navigate the saltwater flats and outer atolls in search of the "Triple Crown": bonefish, tarpon, and permit. Guests can choose between fly rods or spinning rods, with all gear provided if needed. These trips utilize 24-foot open boats designed for maneuvering shallow waters, so high-level sun protection is strongly recommended. This is a strictly catch-and-release activity focused on sport and photography.
"Cook Your Catch" at Pineapples On The Beach
For a personalized dining experience, guests can bring their fresh reef catch to Chef Rommy at the resort's signature restaurant. The culinary team will clean, prepare, and serve the fish to your preference. Each meal is accompanied by the rice of the day or a baked potato, along with steamed vegetables.
