Victoria House operates as a boutique beachfront resort on the southern end of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. The property's 42 accommodations span several categories, from Staterooms and Palmetto Rooms to thatched-roof Casitas, Suites, and private beachfront Villas, set across well-maintained grounds with coconut palms, tropical gardens, and a private white-sand beach. Dining is available at two onsite venues: Palmilla Restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, and Admiral Nelson's Beach Bar. La Luna Spa is the largest full-service spa facility on Ambergris Caye, built in a Caribbean colonial style among palms and flowering trees, with four treatment salons including a couple's salon and over 36 treatments. The onsite PADI-certified Fantasea Dive Shop, located on the resort pier, arranges dive and snorkel trips to the Belize Barrier Reef.

Room Specifications
All accommodations at Victoria House include air conditioning and ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-room safe, and a minibar. Rooms are furnished with handcrafted Belizean mahogany furniture and beds draped in decorative netting with down duvets and down pillows. All units are non-smoking. Hypoallergenic configurations are available on request, with synthetic pillows and duvets and scent-free cleaning products.

The Stateroom measures 300 sq ft and accommodates up to two guests with one queen bed. Located above the Palmilla Restaurant in a two-story Colonial-style building, the room features a balcony with garden views. Amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-room safe, minibar, Belizean mahogany furnishings, decorative canopy netting, bathrobes, and complimentary continental breakfast, along with complimentary use of bicycles and kayaks. The en-suite bathroom features a tiled shower and complimentary toiletries.
Palmetto Room
Palmetto Room
The Palmetto Room measures 375 sq ft and accommodates up to two guests with one king bed. All Palmetto Rooms face the beach, with a private veranda or balcony looking toward the Caribbean Sea. Rooms include air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, minibar, and an in-room safe, as well as down duvets, down pillows, bathrobes, beach and pool towels, and a carry basket. The en-suite bathroom features a tiled shower and complimentary toiletries.
Casita
Casita
The Casita measures 375 sq ft and accommodates up to two guests with one queen bed. Each of the seven Casitas has a private entrance and a private veranda with a hammock, all oriented toward the Caribbean Sea across the resort lawn and beach. Rooms include air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, minibar, and an in-room safe, as well as down duvets, down pillows, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries. The en-suite bathroom features a shower and complimentary toiletries.

I am booking a trip to Belize. We are staying at more upscale resorts and my standard AAA travel team was not able to access and book. Adventure Life has been responsive, fair in price and extremely helpful in booking a trip at the preferred resorts, provided excellent knowledge and experience for Belize and put together all our transportation so we can relax and enjoy!
