Hacienda El Roble is located in Mesa de los Santos, Santander (Colombia), near Chicamocha Canyon and Barichara, San Gil and Bucaramanga. The Haciedna El Roble is a working organic coffee plantation – the primary house has been refurbished into a hotel. The hotel is located within the hacienda's 300 hectares. Guests of the hotel are invited to explore the hacienda's 300 hectares (740-acres) and sample the variety of coffees produced at the plantation. The grounds are also home to more than 126 bird-species.
The hotel itself has six cozy rooms, a dining area, a bar and modern services like Internet, gourmet coffee bar, a business center and a meeting room. An on-site restaurant offers its own distinct style, traditional dishes and wine-list. The hotel was renovated in 2010.
