Cerro Chato Hill and La Fortuna Waterfall Hike

Your adventure begins today with an hour transfer around back side of the Arenal Volcano. Once here, start hiking through dense primary rainforest toward the summit of Chato Hill. At the top, take in the 180 views as well as the nearby lagoon. As you descend, keep an eye out for wildlife such as sloths, monkeys, butterflies and birds. When you get the bottom of Chato Hill, continue descending towards the La Fortuna waterfall. After a brief rest to take pictures of the falls, head to the base of the falls for a refreshing swim.
