Day 1 Amsterdam | Embark

Board the MS Gérard Schmitter in the early afternoon in Amsterdam. Enjoy a delightful lunch on board and set off to discover Dam Square with your host/hostess. Attend to the welcome drink and presentation of the crew. After dinner, get off the ship for a guided river boat tour of the enchanting Amsterdam by night.

Day 2 Amsterdam

Today take part on a guided tour of the historic heart of Amsterdam. In the afternoon, visit the Keukenhof gardens (open from mid-March until mid-May - the others months, visit Volendam and the Zaanse Schans). Enjoy a free evening in the city or be transfered (optional, pay on board) to the city center for a walk in the Red Light District. During the night sail to Nijmegen.

Day 3 Nijmegen | Krefeld

This morning visit the Kröller-Müller Museum, home to the paintings of famous artists (Van Gogh, Picasso...), and modern sculptures. In the afternoon, cruise to Krefeld.

Day 4 Cologne | Königswinter

Today spend the morning cruising to Cologne. In the afternoon, discover the old town with your accompanist. Then continue cruising to Königswinter and enjoy a free evening in the city.

Day 5 Rüdesheim

This moring sail along the romantic Rhine Valley. Pass through the legendary Lorelei rock and observe the charming castles along the way. Arrive in Rüdesheim and join an excursion through the town. Then, enjoy a free evening in the lively Drosselgasse, world famous for its open-air restaurants and beer taverns. 

Day 6 Mannheim | Heidelberg

This morning sail to Mannheim. In the afternoon, join a coach excursion to visit Heidelberg, symbol of German Romanticism. Go back on board for a gala evening, and continue cruising to Strasbourg.

Today enjoy an early buffet breakfast on board before you arrive to Strasbourg, where you must disembark and start your journey back home.
