Passengers are welcome to board the ship at 6 p.m. After comfortably settling into your cabin, meet the crew at a welcome cocktail. Then, enjoy dinner on board and remain in port overnight.
Today enjoy a panoramic tour of Berlin to catch a glimpse of all the must-see sites and visit the city's Christmas market. In the afternoon, join a tour of Cecilienhof Palace. After the end of World War II in Europe, the Potsdam Conference attended by Stalin, Churchill and Truman was held in the palace from July 17 - August 2, 1945.
Spend the morning cruising the Elbe River. This afternoon, take a guided tour of Magdeburg situated midway on the Elbe River and also on the historic Roman Roads. Vist the Lutheran Cathedral of Saints Catherine and Maurice, the highest church building in eastern Germany. Enjoy some free time on your own at the local Christmas market before returning to the ship. Then, begin to cruise to Lutherstadt Wittenberg. After dinner, enjoy an evening of entertainment.
This morning join a visit of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Discover the city center and its noble Renaissance-style houses. Return to the ship and spend the afternoon cruising to Meissen. Tonight attend to a gala dinner and evening. The ship cruises through the night.
Today leave on a guided tour of Meissen, famous for its trademark porcelain, and admire its Renaissance-style houses and Gothic façades. Spend some time browsing the magnificent holiday market in the old town. The stands display and sell not only the city’s famous porcelain, but also traditional Christmas candles and decorations. Return to the ship and spend the afternoon cruising to Dresden. This evening, revel in your festive Christmas Eve dinner on board. Christmas services are celebrated in Dresden. Remain in port overnight.
This morning, brunch is served on board. Christmas day services take place at Dresden Frauenkirche for those who like to attend. The afternoon is dedicated to a tour of Dresden on foot. As you cross the city, discover the historical monuments that have contributed to its glory. Tonight, enjoy a symphony of the music of Johann Sebastian Bach at the Dresden Frauenkirche.

Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
